What we do:
Design & Build – We will take a brief with one of our many specialist design partners and produce an inspiring design and detailed cost plan to meet your needs & budget. We will engage with your stakeholders throughout the process ensuring the design meets your every need.
Fit-out – If you are leasing a new office space and already have a design, we will price your scheme knowing our prices will be competitive due to our low overhead. Leaning on our years of experience, we will add value to the design process and fill any gaps in the design.
Refurbishment – If you have an existing office in need of a refresh or perhaps your needs or wants have changed recently, we will adapt your existing space to meet your new requirements. Maybe you are looking to enhance your current environment or just feel the office needs an update.
Turnkey – We project manage, liaise with the landlord, design your space and manage the build ready for occupation. We will also specify, procure and coordinate the furniture if required. For a fully hands-off turnkey approach we provide the one-stop service.
